Tramlines Agritech:
It is all about growth.
Agriculture can no longer rely solely on traditional wheat, barley and livestock production. Diversification of revenue streams, swift improvement of crop and animal varieties, improved production systems, direct market engagement and proactive management of international revenues are all required if UK agriculture is to flourish.
Modern agriculture means agritech, not agri-tradition.
Tramlines was established in 2024 to power the development of upstream food production via established agritech enterprises whose technology is proven. That proof is most likely evidenced by the generation of annual revenues in excess of £2m. Your challenge now is about market risk, not technology risk.
Tramlines has access to international markets to help drive revenue growth, we have access to human capital to help grow the team and we dare to support our most advanced engagements through funding from our own Balance Sheet.
It is all about GROWTH.
Leaving an indelible mark on the landscape of tomorrow.
What’s in a name?
“I remember leaning on the fence of our Cheshire dairy farm with my father, surveying the strange double lines that had appeared in a neighbour’s barley. It must have been about 1974.
“Tramlines,” said Dad. “Meant to direct the machinery. Look like a waste of time to me, and a waste of fertile land”.
By the following year, we were doing it too: my first observation of innovation driving change in agriculture.”
